Brief History
MHN Group Corporation, BVI was registered in 2011 to corporatize the infrastructure project advisory business personally managed by Mr. Ryan Norman between China and the rest of the world. Ryan is personally well known in government circles and in State owned companies in China across sectors at a senior level and was instrumental in a successful closing of a USD 3 Billion Master Agreement to cover a number of Chinese funded infrastructure projects in Ghana.
MHN Consulting and Investment Facilitation Co., Ltd was registered in 2006, the first to be registered in the BVI. Thereafter MHN Group, as the mother company, since we expanded rapidly into various industries. MHN Facilitation is mainly involved in sourcing and manufacturing of products in China for businesses of all sizes. We work with all types of clients across the United States, Africa, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia to source products in the open market and develop OEM/ODM and contract manufacturing for products as needed.
Rizhao MHN International Trading Co. Ltd. was registered in 2013 in Rizhao Port, Shandong China. Rizhao MHN was registered to compliment MHN Facilitation and has since, been involved in trading businesses related to major commodities, various Industrial Manufacturing/Production Equipment, fast moving consumer goods, among others.
MHN International Ghana Co., Ltd. was registered in 2014 to compliment Rizhao MHN in the exports of timber, cashew nuts, soybeans and shea butter to China via Rizhao MHN and imports of various steel products, industrial manufacturing/production equipment, fast moving consumer goods into Ghana and the West African Market.
MHN Ghana works hand-in-hand with MHN Developers Ghana Limited, which was registered in 2014 as well, to execute our EPC contracts in Ghana and West Africa.
